Michelle IS the definition going above and beyond for her clients. From start to finish she was on our side, working hard to make sure we feel we get the best deal for the home we love, transparent through out the whole process.not once did I feel out of the loop! If you have the chance, choose her!

Michelle Swogger was amazing to work with. She took a very stressful, emotional process for me and made it unbelievably easy. Her friendliness and kindness shown through every single interaction, and I cannot recommend her enough! My only wish is that she was able to assist me in Ohio when I am ready to purchase my next home.

Michelle was wonderful. She was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Thank you.

I contacted Berkshire Hathaway in February of 2024 and was fortunate enough to be connected with Michelle Swogger. From our first meeting, I knew that Michelle was the agent my family needed to help us with a difficult sale situation. Not only is she knowledgeable about the real estate market, but also with marketing distressed homes and navigating the sale of guardian-managed properties. Michelle was direct and honest throughout the process and was always responsive when we had questions. She truly had the best interests of our family at heart. It's my privilege to recommend Michelle to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, honest, and empathetic real estate agent to represent their family. She is the best.

Michelle Swogger was such a great Realtor for us ! She made a somewhat emotional event as comfortable as possible. We came to trust her as a friend and knew that she would do everything in her power to get us the best offer that she could. She moved us through the sale transaction smoothly and quickly . Thank you again Michelle!

Michelle Swogger was very professional she stayed on top of everything. Let me know what was going on every step of the way I wouldn’t recommend using her every time. Thanks again Michelle.

We just sold our home in New Castle, Pa along just listing a new property and had the pleasure to work with Michelle. They made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Michelle really listened, cares passionately about her job and her calming manner worked wonders for us. Best Realtor in Town!
