Michelle was recommended to us by our realtor in Victoria as we were relocating from Sooke BC and looking to retire anywhere from Oliver to Vernon. Michelle had her work work cut out for herself and did an amazing job. It’s not easy to find a “home” for buyers living on the island. Great communication, lots of emails and daily updated listings with what kind of homes we were looking for in our price range. We flew out for a weekend and Michelle lined up some houses for us to see for 2 days. We definitely got to see the Okanagan and she told us about the best place to get ice cream too, especially since we were driving by it to see a townhouse. Michelle wasn’t wrong, the ice cream was amazing!
We flew back to Victoria and called Michelle a few days later with our decision. She is a delight I enjoy meeting with her and being safe with convid was a priority and always made sure everyone followed it, she always was on time and even was ready to go were ever we needed to be, she had our home come on for sale and had us there within the hour or so to snapped it up. I highly recommend Michelle and would use her again. She always made sure we had all contact information when closing up our deal and double check we had all the info, so getting the right Realtor is important.
