OMG!!! There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Michelle and her assistant Mary Ellen were. My parents have not brought a house in over 40 years and the process has changed since then. They were so patience even when my parents kept going back and forth on what they wanted. She would offer valuable input and was always timely in responding to questions. Michelle had a long talk with them and finally help them to figure out what was really important to them.
