I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me sell my house. Michelle and her husband Andy truly went above and beyond to get the house staged and in perfect condition for the next owners. We had a delayed listing and used that time to get the house just right. They helped me trim hedges, lay mulch, stage furniture and decorations, add touch up paint to where it was needed, and even helped replace the wood underneath the sink! She hired a fantastic photographer/videographer to get great pictures of the inside along with a very nice drone video of the whole yard and property. The delayed listing worked like a charm. The listing drew up a lot of anticipation over the few weeks and by the time we finally had showings, we had an offer that we couldn't pass up within 4 hours! The entire experience was infinitely better with them on my team and I would absolutely use Michelle again in the future for any other selling/buying of homes. She is one of the rare people out there who not only clearly loves her job, but is also incredibly wonderful at it. Thank you Michelle for everything!
