She came to our house to help us prioritize things to do before listing and then booked all of the professionals we needed, checked up on the house to monitor their work, and was even leaf blowing our deck before showings. She also set us up with a great real estate attorney! We’ve worked with 4 realtors before and Michelle was by far the best. We will not hesitate to use Michelle when we return to the triangle.
