My name is Patty Laurence, Natalie’s mom. Natalie asked me to submit the survey. The feedback is from the both of us. Just to be clear, we gave a 2 rating not because of Berkshire but because of the realtor we were referred to. We had such a great experience in Louisville with Judie Parks, Berkshire Hathaway Parks that we reached out to Judie for a referral. We have been relocated 7 times in 38 years of marriage so we have dealt with many realtors. I hate to submit an unsatisfactory review but for Natalie’s first time experience in dealing with a realtor was disappointing. It was an easy commission for Michelle for only doing 2 hours of work. Natalie bought a house in May. It was a new build so did not close until October 7th. Natalie never heard from Michelle until late September saying she was the closing date had changed! Zero communication. When writing the offer, we had very little guidance, in fact, Michelle left and we went back on to better the offer. I will not say anymore as I think what I said paints the picture. Thank you!
Sherry made it very easy and anytime I had questions about anything, she was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. She helped me every step of the way and being a firat time home buyer, I can't thank her enough! My realtor also was there every step of the way as well! Gave me a lot of helpful hints and tips to keep in mind while we went looking from house to house! She also kept my dog in mind, which i appreciated greatly!! Thank you Sherry and Michelle for everything!!!
Michelle was a great help throughout this whole home buying process. Communication was flawless and she kept me informed every step. She recommended a professional Mortage broker that was also great to work with.
Michelle Kastan was so helpful throughout our whole home buying experience. I really appreciate her going above and beyond. She kept in touch with us just about everyday and not just from 9-5:00 either. We hit it off right from the first showing. There's really more to being a realtor than I imagined and were glad she was ours!
