Michelle has proven to be the best at what she does in knowing the market and what it would take to sale your property. Miss Ifland promised to deliver and she did!! our home was only on the market for 2 days  when she called us with the good news. When we accepted the offer she was still there overseeing the sale in order that the paperwork ran smoothly. She works in an office where there is REAL TEAM work. Michelle was such a joy to work with. I walked into an open house that Michelle was showing and I immediately felt completely comfortable with her. She has a wonderful warm, competent and funny presence that put me at ease. While I didn't end up buying the house she was showing at that time, I  asked if she would be our agent as me and my partner continued to look for a house. After meeting Michelle my partner was 100% on board with working with her. She really helped us as new homebuyers understand what to expect.
