Chris Pappas was extremely helpful and kept us in the loop during the entire process. The closing was slightly delayed due to a paperwork issue, but Chris made sure that we were aware of the issue and kept us continually updated. Once the issue was resolved and the closing date was confirmed, Chris ended up having to drive around 5 hours the morning of our closing. The seller misunderstood that he would need to be at the closing, so Chris drove down that morning to meet the seller with a Notary so the closing could still take place that afternoon. Chris went way above the call of duty for us and I would highly recommend working with Chris.
