Michelle was awesome with me and my family in all the process to get our home she is a very comfortable and caring professional person.

went above and beyond! couldn’t recommend more for care and support. thank you

It was a pleasure working with Michelle - she provided great info on the local real estate market and our various options. She didn’t waste our time looking at homes that didn’t meet our needs and we ended up buying the first house we looked at! She made the process easy and we felt confident in our purchase!

It’s not very often that you find a realtor with the knowledge and expertise that Michelle has ! She kept us informed and up to date on every step of our sale, answered every question we had and went out of her way to get us a great house , in a great neighbourhood, at a great price! Our situation was a difficult one but she navigated it all effortlessly!! We will recommend her to our family and friends in a heartbeat !

Michelle was fantastic! She is really personable and knowledgeable. Her marketing tactics were top-notch, and the professional pictures made my townhouse look like a dream. Sold in no time! Recommend her for a great home-selling experience.

Michelle helped us navigate a move from the big city to our lovely new-to-us bungalow in Lethbridge. We had been looking for some time for a home we could settle into for the long term. Michelle's extensive knowledge of the entire city, its weather patterns, walkability, and the market conditions of each neighbourhood helped us find the perfect place for us. But, the search is just one small aspect of finding the right home. The really critical part is negotiating an offer, setting out protective terms, and solving problems if and when something goes sideways. No matter how thorough you and your Realtor are, the other party can cause delays or misunderstandings. Trust Michelle's experience to prepare a solid offer representing you and benefit from her good relationships with other Realtors to smooth over the bumps if they come up. Give her a ring - she's dedicated to her clients and always on call!

Very knowledgeable and personable! Would recommend!!

Michelle went above and beyond her contract obligation to find a buyer for my house by also being a friend. I am in BC and she assisted in every way possible to make the sale in AB timely and smooth.
