Have owned a home for 45 years but never bought or sold one until now. I explained this to Michelle and she took the time to explain the process of selling a home, the costs, timetables, etc. and answered any questions I might have. She helped get the needed work done to get the home sold . She gave counsel on the selling experience that was very helpful. You could tell that she kept my best interests in each part of the process.
