However , we do find that your request for a review is rather premature!
Our home sale has not yet closed, nor has our new home purchase closed yet.
The few items we noted as a 4 due to this, as well as some small glitches along the way. That being said, we're not sure if they are due to our expectations, changes etc, that we're not sure Michelle had knowledge or control over.
You've put us in a difficult spot with what we consider a premature request.
This Shouldn't reflect on Michelle at this time.
Michelle was my realtor for both the sale of my home and purchase of new home. I firmly believe that I could not have gone through this process without her expert guidance and compassionate responsiveness. Her communication was outstanding and she'd often have answers to questions I didn't even know I needed to ask! Every detail was attended to and her knowledge of the market was thorough and expansive. I would recommend her to anyone look to buy or sell a home!
Michelle helped us over a 2 year period with the purchase of a home. She knew from the onset that we were in a transition and this would not be a quick purchase. Michelle was always there for advice and help on viewing listings or sending listing information to us. Michelle always got back to us with any question we had in a timely manner.
When it came time to purchase a home Michelle once again assisted us with all our needs. Even though she was under the weather, Michelle kept us informed and had our best interests at heart.

Michelle was very flexible and accomodating to our needs. Our search for a place began far before we were actually ready to purchase and she was patient and kind, taking us to see condos. In addition to this, the market we were looking at wasn't her typical location where she works, so she was very gracious in working with us. We ended up getting a great place and we are very happy!
