We somehow survived the rental nightmare—and when we suddenly found ourselves needing to move, we had no idea how quickly everything was about to happen! On Wednesday, July 29, our property manager told us we could break our lease at any time. By Friday, July 31, we were looking at rentals that didn't meet our needs in our school district. Michelle was our realtor for nine months as we tried to sell our home in a difficult market. Throughout the process she was always very responsive and helpful. We had to move out of our home to another state during the selling process and she kept a good eye on our home and always told us if there was an issue needing attention. During the selling process we had two offers where the buyers tried to strongarm us into ridiculous demands. Michelle was always supportive of us and went to bat for us during negotiations. Thanks to her constant support, we were able to find a buyer who made a reasonable offer even during a difficult market to sell. Michelle has a lot of integrity, and it showed in the way she communicated with us in general and in the way she represented us during negotiations. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the VA loan process. I would absolutely recommend her if you are thinking about doing a VA loan assumption as a buyer or a seller.

Never did we think that finding a realtor would equate to the journey we endured. We reached out to Michelle many months prior to our big move from Guam to Pensacola. She talked us through the process, asked what we were looking for, sent incredible homes, and kept in comms the entire time. When we decided on a new build the neighborhood we originally wanted hit some delays but she stayed persistent and kept us updated on EVERYTHING.
