I certainly would never prefer to sell another house 1200 miles away in Florida, but it was doable with you as our Realtor. Further, I couldn't help but be concerned going into this as my parents were the only ones local to assist, that there would be some sort of communication breakdown or stress, but, you were the perfect guide to walk us through the process. Thank you for working with both me and my parents, helping us out with contractors, and communicating so well with all of us as we got the place "sell-ready" and negotiated offers.Your tireless work and helpful advice as we navigated our situation, trying to ensure we got a sale as soon as possible, made everything seem effortless. It's still hard to believe that it only took roughly 45 days to list, negotiate and close a deal! It was a miracle and I don't think we would have experienced the same results had we chosen another Realtor. You are so passionate about what you do, and if you are gulity of anything, it's probably working too hard! (Seriously, I hope you treat yourself to some well deserved vacation soon) You worked through the weekends and didn't hesitate to pick up the phone at any time to let me know where things stood or what needed to get done.
