Michele was endlessly accommodating to our special situation. She made each of our five-hour drives worth our time. Michele shared her knowledge about the different neighborhoods we were interested in and helped us navigate the search for a condo in an area that we knew as visitors, and we had a lot to learn about as a second residence. Michele was welcoming and warm; she spent lots of time with us in person, on the phone, and on email, even when she had to be out of town and a question came up that we needed to consult with her about. In fact, under the circumstances, we ended up purchasing a home fairly quickly, but always felt that she would be happy to help us search for the right home no matter how long it took. That took a lot of pressure off of us as out-of-town buyers, and we always felt that Michele was working in our interests. We are grateful for Michele’s response to our request to offer her own insights and opinions on different homes, and different neighborhoods that we visited. She gave us another “pair of eyes” that helped us evaluate much better what we were seeing. She pointed things out that we would never have thought to pay attention to or to ask questions about. Michele made us feel like more than clients; in short, she was a joy to work with. She understands the business side of selling homes, but also understands that buying a home is a personal and meaningful event in people’s lives. We feel so fortunate to have found Michele. Thanks in large part to her, we have a wonderful home that is everything that we wanted and more. Nancy and Stephen G.
