Working with Michel M. Franklin to market our condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Dr. #102 is an outstanding experience. Michel demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the luxury waterfront market. She invested the time to showcase our property beautifully, with compelling descriptions and strategic exposure that highlighted everything it has to offer. Was very personable and professional New to the area and helped with neighborhoods. Transaction went smoothly. Stayed in our budget. We were new to state and in a hotel.

Michel Franklin was a joy to work with! We moved from California to Florida and were staying in an extended stay hotel. She went above and beyond to work with our timeframe and budget. Because we did not have a printer she also personally drove to hotel to give us some of our paperwork! We’d recommend her services and if need be would work with her again! Thank You Michel

I was very impressed with the range of skills and experience Michel brought to our relocation to Naples. At the outset she demonstrated experience in architectural, financial, interior design, and real estate management disciplines. She even identified correctly that I needed to include the development of a trust due to my family situation before the property was titled. Additionally she supported me after the sales offer with the identification of the title and inspection companies. She demonstrated energy and enthusiasm for my family's move to Naples. She is also an excellent communicator. I truly believe she was dedicated to making my family's transition from Pennsylvania as smooth as possible.

This is the first time I worked with Michel. She is terrific. I worked with many realtors both professionally in my work with large corporate relocations as well as personally in my four family relocations. She is the best. She brings a combination of strong communication skills along with experience and skills in the areas of architectural, interior design, customer relocation planning strategy, customer needs assessment, local market knowledge, and financial planning to the transition process. She quickly helped us determine the critical needs, how best to satisfy these needs in a very difficult market, and dedicated her time, energy, and resources to helping us make a smooth transition. We are still in the buying process and I have the utmost confidence that the buy process will be smooth, and once we are situated, we will have made the best decision in purchasing our new home in Naples.

Michel was great at quickly determining what we were looking for in a "potential" Naples house. Through her professionalism, we found our perfect house and the "potential" of moving to the area from the Chicago area is becoming a reality! We are looking forward to having our retirement dream home built this year, and even more, anxious to be calling Naples home very soon. Thank you Michel!
