I would very much recommend Michael Koyama to friends and family. He is well versed in the real estate market on Oahu. Not being a native to Hawaii, Michael showed me many properties and gave me a history of the areas which helped me choose the right location and a property that met my needs. There was a lot to learn. Michael is not only extremely professional, knowledgeable in the area of real estate, a great negotiator but very meticulous, which are all great qualities of have. I am very happy living in my new place with my dog Lexi. We love our new home and its fantastic view.
