Michael met us at the condo, had all the paperwork ready and took to task to sell our condo. Within a week, we had an offer.

The only item is the seller on the house we purchased did not give us keys to the house. Mike is actively pursuing this for us. We have faith he will help until this is completed. This was not Mike's fault and should no way reflect his professionalism and help. The seller that listed with Caldwell kept coming up with reasons of not having keys to the house. We feel the Caldwell agent, Sandra, should step in and help.
