Our realtor was wonderful and we enjoyed working with her. She did a great job researching and figuring out what we should list our house at. We would personally never have our realtor represent us and the buyer again because it got confusing knowing how to negotiate when our house was appraised for less than what was offered, and when it came to negotiating repairs. Overall when buying our new house and preparing our house to sell she was very helpful.
