We have purchased three homes in the Kenai–Soldotna area over the years and have had mixed experiences with real estate agents in the past. From the very beginning, Melyssa stood out. She was consistently responsive, took the time to clearly explain our options, and was understanding and supportive when we chose to step back from a couple of offers due to concerns with the homes.
