I would like to take a minute to recognize Melissa Vaughn.  I have been working with Melissa for a couple weeks now in search of a home for my daughter and grandkids, even though my budget was $150K (which isn’t much in todays standards) Melissa treated me like I was buying a home with a much higher value….she went above and beyond to help find the “perfect” home….she spent many hours researching the market/neighborhood/school district making sure everything met my requests.  It is a very rare thing these days to find someone that is as dedicated as Melissa.  I could go on and on about Melissa, her dedication, her knowledge, her willingness, but most importantly she is such a GREAT person.  I will be looking to expand my real estate portfolio in the coming years and would only consider working with Melissa.  I can only hope that you, as well as Berkshire Hathaway, realize what a special lady/person you have working for you.  Thank you!   PS- we did find that “perfect home”.
