Melissa was amazing, and I owe her so much for helping me find my forever home! Melissa was so patient and knowledgable with me, a first time buyer, as I learned about home ownership and real estate. She walked me through the whole process, from start to finish, and made sure all of my questions were answered as quickly as possible. If there was something she didn’t have experience with or wasn’t sure of, she was able to find the answer very quickly. Melissa took me all around the entire Bay Area so I could get a feel for different neighborhoods and house styles. We saw a wide variety of both, and as we narrowed down my preferences, Melissa focused in on those areas and styles until I was ready to make a decision. She was very knowledgable in all the little neighborhoods we visited. Once we identified the house of my dreams, Melissa worked tirelessly to make sure I got what I wanted. She fought for me, and was a great sounding board and advisor through the whole negotiation process. I’m so happy with the outcome. There are so many documents and information to go through during this process, as a first time buyer, I felt overwhelmed. Melissa did an excellent job walking me through everything, and making sure I understood it all. She even came with me to sign the paperwork at the title company, just in case I had any questions. While I’m so happy that I’ve found my forever home, I will deeply miss all the house hunting outings Melissa and I shared. She’s friendly, helpful, and super personable, and I felt like I was always her number one priority.
