Our agent Melissa Hughes went above and beyond for us . She adapted to crazy changes and having two escrows going at once for us . Our situation was complicated and we had to back out of escrow not once but TWICE ! And she smiled and helped us and soldiered on. During the process I was short with her a couple times as I have severe anxiety and it pushed past what I could bare. And she kept reassuring me to keep going. She changed her plans more then once to accommodate what we needed to get done and made arrangements to help us anytime we needed. She messaged me back evenings and weekends when my anxiety went crazy . She took us to as many homes as we asked to make sure we found the perfect one. She let me be picky and helped us to weed out the houses that were NOT for us. She listened to us , coached us , and cheered us on while putting in offers for us and then canceling them for us when I changed my mind , because of different issues that came up.
