Melissa is an AMAZING agent, she is so knowledgeable and patient. She is also thoughtful and considerate of the people she works with. From the very beginning Melissa made us feel comfortable and made herself available to us in case we had any questions. She took the time to call and explain how the entire process works and provided supporting resources that we were able to use to better understand our role and responsibilities in the process. We felt informed and included although this process is complicated. She was also so patient and understanding when we would hit a snag or when something happened that was disappointing or made us nervous. She honestly felt like a good friend throughout. This was super important to us because the process can also feel long. We are so very happy with how she shaped the entire experience for us and will recommend her to everyone- whether they ask or not!
