Melissa did a great job helping me find tenants for my rental home. Very promptly she took photos of the home and had it listed. She communicated thoroughly and always promptly. She scheduled each appointment to view the home in advance and made sure each appointment was a good time for the current tenants living in the home. Through Berkshire Hathaway she did a credit check and background check on the applicants and we found tenants within a week of listing the home. Melissa, the new tenants and I met together to sign the lease and tenants were able to ask any questions that they may have had. Would absolutely recommend Melissa for help selling, buying or renting a home!
