When we purchased our apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan during the Spring of 2022, we were so fortunate to have Natasha help us every step of the way. The process was particularly challenging because this was a long-distance enterprise. We live in California and it was not possible for us to travel that winter because of the ongoing Omicron surge. Because Natasha worked so hard and patiently locating and visiting apartments throughout those cold months of January and February, we found the right apartment by March. Natasha then provided us with invaluable help through the closing process, not easy at all as we discovered in a transaction which involved a coop sale in New York City! The sale went through very smoothly and efficiently in a matter of weeks, and we could not have done it without her support and advice.
