Megan was very accommodating and very easy-going. At the beginning, I was just looking around for potential homes but did not officially have my old house on the market yet. Megan was very patient and understanding throughout the process.
Once my old house was under contract, she was aggressively looking for options that may fit what I was looking for. Considering it was my first time buying a home on my own, she made it very easy and also had a list of contacts she was ready to refer me to with whatever update/job I needed done on the new home!
At Closing, Megan also gave me a personalized gift (a custom-made "Home" cutting board with my name and daughter's name engraved on it) that made the experience all the more sweeter. I will definitely be referring Megan to other contacts that are on the market for a new home!

Megan helped my wife and I buy a new house and sell my old one. She tailored the new house search very closely to our needs, and we bought a very nice house well within our price range. Regarding the sale of the old house, I was worried because it was over 60 years old, had an unusual design, and had some maintenance issues. Megan had a good eye for interior painting and masonry that would update and modernize the look and, more importantly, she was very knowledgeable about finding skilled and honest painters and contractors who did the work promptly for a fair price. She also thoroughly researched the market and property values in the neighborhood, and she was not hesitant to list the property for full market value. Previous realtors I had consulted either grossly underestimated fair market value or were more interested in selling the property quickly without regard for its actual value. Megan aggressively marketed the sale. Within 60 days of listing, an enthusiastic buyer offered to pay the full list price less modest closing costs, and we were able to get the full market value in the sale.
