She was hard working, looking out for the best interest of the buyer, her knowledge of the industry and the law requirements are impeccable and I was completely satisfied of how professional she was even we we faced a finance officer that was completely over his head and clueless, even remained poised after this finance guy was rude and unprofessional towards her, the title company and even myself, she stayed calm and reassuring to get this deal completed
My wife and I were first time home buyers. We first met Megan at an open house towards the beginning of 2020. We had absolutely no idea what all the home buying process entailed. Megan held our hand every single step of the way. She was patient and understanding. She explained absolutely everything to us, in depth, any time we had a question. She helped us understand not only what to do, but why it is done. She was never too busy for us and always made herself available when we needed something. She helped us find everything/ everyone we needed during the process from credit specialists to loan officers to inspectors.
My favorite aspect of our experience with Megan was that she never felt like a salesperson. She felt more like a trusted family friend or neighbor. Megan never pressured us to buy or put a bid on a house quickly. She never showed us any property outside of the budget we had set. She never made us feel rushed or pressed. She never tried to talk us into or out of anything, merely just presented us with the facts and information and let us make our own decision. We always felt like a priority. We always felt like she cared and that she had our best interest and intention at heart.
I honestly can not imagine having gone through this process with anyone besides Megan. We are extremely grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her and Semonin Realtors to anyone looking for a home. Thank you Megan.
Megan was amazing. She was polite, friendly, kind and so much more. I have extreme anxiety and she always made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me.
