Working with Megan was an incredible experience. In this market, having her expertise was crucial in getting us the home we needed. Megan was responsive, had a close attention detail, and was experienced in the negotiating and closing process, making it a smooth and easy closed transaction. She went above and beyond every time we reached out about something! Definitely recommend!!

Megan Martinez was amazing! Our one and only offer with her went through immediately after over a year and a half looking with other agents and putting multiple offers in. She made everything quick and painless and always made us feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel. She is smart, educated and willing to put in the effort. Will definitely recommend her and use her in the future. Thank you so much for finding us our first home!

As I served as administrator in the sale of an estate home through probate court, Megan was very knowledgeable in the sales process. She kept me well-informed of any updates and her advice was wise and very appreciated. Excellent service and communication.

Our agent, Megan Martinez, was phenomenal. She worked with us for nearly 3 years and stuck by us through our discouragement, indecision, and constant in-and-out-of-the-market dilemmas! She was so fluent and gifted in giving us the information we needed beforehand so we could make the most informed decisions to help our family best! She was so encouraging to us through the whole process, so professional, and so kind-hearted! We would use Megan and the rest of the Masiello Group for the rest of our lives!

Megan Martinez was instrumental in helping my parents purchase their new home. She is very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail! Megan is incredibly easy to work with and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to either sell or purchase a home!

I had a very pleasant experience working with Megan! I was a first time home buyer and she graciously walked me through every step of the way. Even when problems came up with the property or financing she was always willing to find a solution. Megan thinks creatively, is a problem solver and it’s clear wants what’s best for her client. Would highly recommend Megan for the sale or purchase of your next property!

As a first-time property buyer venturing into the world of undeveloped land, I had a vision—but no roadmap. Megan didn’t just help me find the path forward, she *blazed* it with me. From the very beginning, she brought an infectious energy and genuine excitement to the process, treating my dream like it was her own. She trekked with me down rugged Class 6 roads, through thorned bushes and tangled brush, never hesitating to scout the land firsthand so I could truly *experience* what I was buying. Her boots-on-the-ground approach made all the difference—this wasn’t just a transaction, it was an adventure, and Megan was right there beside me every step of the way. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), making sure I felt confident and informed about all the angles.

Megan was incredibly professional, organized, and confident-especially when it counted. She helped us get our offer accepted on a home in a very competitive market and was firm and effective with everyone involved. Thanks to her, we were able to purchase the house exactly when we needed to. She also went above and beyond in so many ways, even helping with things that most realtors wouldn't-like hauling off our trash with her trailer! We're so grateful for her dedication and the personal care she showed throughout the process.

Megan was very helpful when I needed a quick market analysis. She was very knowledgeable and supportive of my goals. I highly recommend her services. I wanted to work with Megan for the entire process but unfortunately the other homeowner wanted to go in a different direction.
