Megan Liedtke was a God send for us! We were moving to the area from North Dakota and with a hot housing market , it was next to impossible to buy an existing home. We decided to build. My husband made a trip to NC and Megan met him in Mooresville and they proceeded to look at builders and existing homes within the surrounding areas. She spent the entire day with him. We have never been to NC, so she was so informative and helpful. She even sent him home with brochures for me about all the things to do in and around Charlotte. I loved that! Once we settled on a builder, she stayed on top of that build throughout the process. Sending us pictures and keeping us up to date on any and all progressions or delays. Megan was beyond proactive, she was taking care of us from afar throughout the entire process and we couldn't be more grateful. When it became time for the initial walk through, we had a previous vacation scheduled. Megan offered to walk through the home for us! Such an over the top move for us that would've resulted in delays that we couldn't afford to have. We can't begin to detail every extra, beyond the scope of a realtors duties that Megan performed. She was a advocate for us when we couldn't be one for ourselves. She made us a priority and although there were some bumps in the road, she stayed on top of everything as our feet on the ground. In the end, we closed, we have a beautiful home, in a beautiful area, and we couldn't have done it without Megan!
