We couldn't be happier with our home buying experience with Megan! She was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us every step of the way. We are so thankful for her help in finding the perfect home for our family! What really sets her apart is her thoughtfulness and kindness. My wife and I had to put our dog down in the middle of the buying process. She dropped off flowers and a really thoughtful card. She also made a donation to the animal shelter that we got our dog from. A very thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us. We highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients and the community!

Working with Megan was an absolute dream! From the very first phone conversation to the signing of our lease, I always felt Megan had our interests in mind. She worked diligently to find housing options and went above and beyond to get us the right fit. We loved her communication style—always professional, timely, and friendly—and also appreciated that she gives back to her community. Would recommend Megan and Phyllis Browning to anyone!

We were first time sellers and relocating - Megan was patient and super responsive to our questions. And we had an offer WAY faster than expected, which took off a lot of pressure with our relocation. We appreciate her!

We had a great experience working with Megan to find our home in San Antonio. From the very start, her level of commitment stood out. She was responsive at all hours—late evenings and early mornings—and genuinely felt invested in helping us find the right place, not just a place. What really set her apart was the effort she went to behind the scenes. She wasn’t just relying on listings—she was proactively reaching out, even contacting homeowners who weren’t actively renting, which is ultimately how we found our house. Relocating internationally can be stressful, but she made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. We’re genuinely grateful for the work she put in and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Megan Flores did an absolutely amazing job selling my personal home. As a realtor myself I was impressed from start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and on top of every detail. Her communication, market knowledge, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would use her as my agent any day of the week. Highly recommend!

Megan was incredibly supportive throughout our buying process. She is very helpful and responsive. She not only replied promptly, but also connected us with reliable lenders and contractors for the work we wanted to do. Her deep knowledge of the local market and network of contacts are invaluable. She listened to our every question and was always professional and responsive.

Working with Megan was an absolute blessing during one of the most hectic transitions of my life—a move as a new military doctor. From start to finish, Megan was exceptional. Even though I couldn't always be there in person due to my relocation and medical training schedule, Megan made the entire home-buying process feel seamless and personalized. She went above and beyond to accommodate virtual tours, whether it was FaceTiming us during showings or sending detailed videos and commentary so we never felt like we missed a thing. One of the things I appreciated most was how accessible she was—Megan was truly just a call or text away. Anytime I had a question (and I had many!), she either had the answer or would cheerfully say, “I’m not sure, but I’ll find out!”—and always followed through. Her signature “happy to help” response became something I came to genuinely appreciate, because she meant it. She never made us feel like a burden, no matter how big or small the concern. She’s kind, genuine, and incredibly professional, and her knowledge is top-notch—but she also surrounds herself with equally capable people. Her team leader, Polo, was a rockstar. He brought deep expertise and was a huge support, especially when it came to strategy and negotiation. Together, they made a dynamic team that gave us confidence every step of the way. Polo brought a calming presence and deep knowledge to the process—his insights during walkthroughs and negotiations were invaluable, and you could tell he genuinely wanted the best for us. Megan made a stressful process feel manageable, even enjoyable—and did so with warmth, clarity, and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, whether you're local or relocating. She’s not just a great agent—she’s someone who truly cares about helping people find their home.

Working with Megan to find our new home was honestly the best decision we could have made. She was there to guide us through the entire process, and helped us with every question and concern we had, no matter how small. When we decided on a house, she was there for every step to get us to closing, asking questions and getting info we hadn’t even thought to ask about. Even after we closed and settled in, she made sure to check in with us! I wholeheartedly believe we could not have done this without her
