She was knowledgable about the different towns in Greenwich and helped us determine which neighborhood would be best for our family. Megan bent over backwards to show us listings and guide us to thebest home for our family. She even showed us some homes that were not available on zillow and were not on the market yet. Megan is the best real estate professional we have ever worked with - hands down. I fully recommend using Megan as a real estate agent in Fairfield County. What makes Megan so special is a combination of four areas of strength. 1) She has extensive knowledge of the area - with particular expertise in Greenwich, Old Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk and Westport. 2) She is extremely patient and is great at listening to what her clients didnt like about various houses to even better identify which homes should be viewed next. 3) She has an intense and rigorous focus on finalizing the transaction once a decision is made. 4) She is upbeat, kind and fun. If youre going to spend 30-50+ hours of your life working on this kind of (often stressful) process its an unexpected bonus to genuinely enjoy being with your real estate agent. Megan did a fantastic job identifying homes we should consider based on the characteristics we identified. We looked at DOZENS of homes with Megan and at no point in the process did we feel pressured to make a choice. Megan was as enthusiastic showing us House #30 as she was showing House #1. But then once we found the house we wanted Megan worked with laser focus to promptly finalize all matters. Cant imagine a better experience than the one we had.
