Meg Coghlan is an incredible realtor. She was she on top of all the functional aspects of the sale and a great communicator. She helped us write a successful offer when there were other offers on the table. We are moving to St Louis from out of state and have no contacts here. She was so helpful with setting us up with vendors / service providers way beyond what is required. We feel incredibly lucky to have been put in touch with her. I have had excellent realtors in the past but Meg is on another level.
