From the moment we met Meagan we knew we were in the best of hands. She understood what we were looking for perfectly, had deep knowledge of the neighborhood - which streets would not be good for us, which would be, which were on the cusp and a good opportunity. And when we finally found a house, boy did she work hard for us, lining up the right inspector, negotiating based on findings, advising on how to structure the offer so that we didn't lose - but we also got what we needed out of it. And the entire time she was such a wonderfully kind, generous and positive influence on the entire process. I cannot wait to continue seeing Meagan out and about, we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of the process, and frankly making a new friend!
