We've probably had the best luck of the year to meet Maureen. When we left the house for her, she told us it would take about three months to sell, but she sold it in a month and half. We moved out of state and couldn't care about the house we lived in, and she actively helped us sell the house on a weekly basis, doing an exquisite job of updating the house and market prices. And she put it on the market with a reasonable price adjustment so that it wouldn't hurt our feelings. Work with her. She will protect your pride and money.
