He was polite, professional, and honest through the process of purchasing the home. When it came time to sell that house after 2 years, Matt was the first person we thought of for helping us sell. A new job opportunity had us moving from New Hampshire to New Mexico and it had to happen fast. Matt was able to get the house on the market within two weeks, and within 4 days we had several offers to choose from. Matt was in constant contact with us despite the time difference between New Hampshire and New Mexico. He was able to help us sell our home within one month! From going on the market to closure was March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. 5 Stars, 10/10 would recommend to anyone selling a home in New Hampshire.
