Matt is very knowledgeable regarding the Saskatoon area and real estate market, has a keen eye for details and knows a good property when he sees one. He is also not a pushy salesman, in fact quite the opposite, as he will strongly dissuade you if he feels that a property is overvalued or not of the greatest quality.
When I found the property that I eventually bought , Matt jumped on it right away and put the wheels in motion. I acquired the property well under the asking price and bought it after only 1 day of the property being on the market before any other potential buyers could get a chance.
