Matt and Dale went above and beyond to ensure I could find my perfect home. As someone who was moving to Toronto and unfamiliar with the city I was astounded by their care, effort and attention to detail.
My search with Matt and Dale began when I was not currently present in Toronto. They made sure this did not stop me from viewing every single place I wanted to in a timely manner through video tours, texts and emails. From what would have been a stressful experience was made effortless by their commitment and thorough understanding of the market. There was never a property I missed working with them.
I was also quite picky on what I was looking for and there were many times where I changed my mind about the area and property specifications. This was never met with resistance, I was beyond pleased with their willingness to put my needs first. When I was in Toronto, viewing the units together was a personable experience.
