Dealing with Matt was a pleasure in finding out first vacation property and made the experience stress free for us as we navigated a challenging market.
We had what we thought was a complicated purchase with multiple people involved, one was local, and all of us had opinions. None of us had experience buying the way we were and in a sellers market. Matt communicated to each of us, ably addressing our individual concerns. He was low key and easy going. He coordinated our multiple offers requiring signatures from multiple people. And, when the time was right, he knew when it would be effective to offer all we had to get a house we wanted within our budget.

Matt was exactly what I needed. He always responded to my texts (my experience was that is a rare quality). As a neophyte he explained what I did not understand about the process. He was adaptable, as I started trying to buy a property in Kitsap, but evolved to purchasing a home in Pierce. Despite the longer drive, he was willing to show homes outside his area.
