Maryann has been an excellent realtor. I have used her for over 25 years and have had nothing but great service. I highly recommend her service to anyone needing to buy or rent property.

Mary Ann is excellent!! We worked with Mary Ann for a year before we found the perfect second home by the beach. She was patient, kind and professional. I’d recommend Mary Ann to anyone looking to purchase or sell. 😊

Mary Ann knew we wanted our own home in a 55+community but it was December and January not much to look at , we tried to keep our options open and had her patiently take us to see some town houses. Then thru contacts Mary Ann made we found our house the first day it was listed.Mary Ann has been in the business long enough to run things smoothly and directed us to outside sources we had need of.Buying and selling are stressful times but with Mary Ann's experience and calm we got our happy ending.

MaryAnn was a very steady hand and a calming influence during a very challenging real estate transaction that had a lot of ups and downs. She was always on top of the situation and provided us with very timely information to help us figure out what our next move should be throughout the entire process. I highly recommend MaryAnn to anyone who is looking to buy a house, especially if you are going after a house that you expect to be facing a lot of competition. Thank you for helping us get ours MaryAnn!

I've bought and sold a lot of real estate and having a great broker makes a huge difference, MaryAnn is one of the best I've worked with, I wouldn't use anyone else in the Monmouth County area. I've now worked with MaryAnn twice. Once about 13 years ago when she helped my elderly mother to purchase her townhouse, and again in 2020 to sell the same townhouse. She did an amazing job on the purchase, showing great patience with my mother, showing her A LOT of options to buy, and clearly explaining to her the pros and cons of each. Once my mother settled on a place, she was incredible through the entire purchase process. Now having just sold the same townhouse in the middle of the current pandemic, she did an amazing job again. After the first experience with her , I didn't hesitate to contract with her for the sale and she did an amazing job representing me on a deal with a very difficult buyer. I am out of state and she went above and beyond meeting contractors and inspectors at the unit to deal with issues that came up during the sales process and provided great insight into the value of unit and the current market conditions so we got a great price for the unit and avoided a lot of unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend working with MaryAnn Szenzenstein if you are either buying or selling a home.

MaryAnn listed my property and helped me make an informed decision on the pricing. She notified me of every showing and made me aware of all feed back from the various agents that showed then unit. The property was a rental unit and I had a tenant that was not very accommodating in scheduling showings or inspections after the unit went into contract. MaryAnn negotiated the showing and the appointments for inspections with true professionalism. Some issues arose at the closing and Maryann not only had good advice for me she retuned every phone very quickly and just listened to me vent. I was impressed with her knowledge of the local area and how she led me through the whole process and the entire listing, selling and closing process. When the contract came in under the listing price she was able to negotiate a contract at the full listing price. I had a very positive experience with MaryAnn and would recommend her without hesitation.

My husband and I love working with Mary Ann! She has helped us sell/buy 3 different homes within Monmouth County. Very knowledgeable and professional.
