Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Maryann Casey spent five years as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. In this role she found herself based in New York and Miami; ultimately deciding to make South Florida her home. After living in Naples and Ft. Lauderdale, Maryann settled in Sarasota – where she has enjoyed Gulf front living on Manasota Key for the past 15 years. Maryann first entered the field of real estate in 1974; and has since cultivated a truly impressive career and a loyal following of customers. Maryann has been recognized as a top individual producer for Michael Saunders & Company, having been at the helm of some of the company’s most significant transactions. Throughout her almost four decades in the industry, Maryann has given every transaction - whether large or small – the same amount of energy and attention. Maryann Casey is superb. She greatly helped us with a difficult sale. Our property was badly hit by two floods caused by hurricanes in late 2023. At that time, the market on Manasota Key was really turned upside down. Uninhabitable houses were sold as lots and fix-ups. Because we wanted to sell the house quickly before a lot of others went on the market, we were working in a real estate environment that had no “comps." Maryann presented the house extremely well. She dealt with a number of bottom-feeder, investment shoppers. All the while she gave us very sage advice. Probably her greatest asset is her communication skill.
