Mary was wonderful to work with!

Extremely through in upfront interview, explaining services offered, the schedule of events from listing to the closing day of the selling of my home. I was always just one phone call or text from knowing what was happening at the present . Tough negotiator, not afraid to be broad for her client. Great communicator. If I was relocating and buying within the markets Mary provides agent service, I would not think twice as to who would help me close on my new home. Mary is a special agent Tim Langer, Greenville, S.C.

Mary came to me on recommendation from an agent in Durham, and I could not have been more pleased with the way she befriended me and worked in my interest. She for me through the "depersonalization" stage and provided staging for the open house which yielded a bid on day two. Great service.

Mary was all I could have hoped for in an agent. It was my first time being a seller and she made me very comfortable and secure in the process.

Working with Mary during one of the hardest times of my life was truly a blessing. Selling a home is stressful on its own, but she made the entire process feel manageable with their patience, professionalism, and constant support. She was always honest, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help me through each step. I was never just another client. She genuinely cared about my situation and helped a difficult situation much easier. I'm incredibly thankful for everything she accomplished.

Mary went above and beyond, and I truly mean that. This wasn’t just about buying a house for my wife and me — this was about finding a home for our family and beginning a new chapter in our lives. From the very start, Mary made an immediate connection with us, treating my wife with such warmth and professionalism that she felt completely confident and at ease. That meant the world to me. Mary always respected and protected our best interests, and I will forever be grateful for her amazing dedication and support throughout this entire process. There are truly no words enough to express what she means to us or the depth of our gratitude. We plan to put down roots here for a long time, and without a doubt, Mary will always be our first call.

We had great service from Mary.

Mary was wonderful to work with in finding and purchasing our new home. We were able to make our purchase from out of state by relying on her to take care of any issues that arose. She helped us find just what we needed.

Mary, was great to work with both times we worked with her. She listened to what we needed and her willingness to keep us informed throughout the whole process was exceptional. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

It has been a great experience to work with Mary Sloka. She has been extremely helpful. Her follow up has been great and making sure that I am crossing every tea and dotting every eye is a lifesaver.
