Dear Ebby: This year I completed three transactions with one of your Realtors, Mary Rinne. Initially, she listed a duplex for me and not only sold that one but participated in the sale of another Ebby listing too that I owned. At that point, I listed my third property with her and she, in turn, sold that one also. All three of these sales involved 1031 exchanges; two consisted of reverse exchanges. Along the way, Mary learned the ins and outs of exchanges and in fact was quite instrumental in explaining the 1031 process and all it entailed to the purchasers. Additionally, she kept me informed of all details during the transactions. She offered her informed opinions of pricing which I truly appreciated as I valued her experience and knowledge of the market. As you well know I have been around the real estate business my whole life and know where the bar is set in your company. Mary is quite an asset and has already received a referral from me, which is the highest compliment I can give. Please know her attitude and enthusiasm lead to not only three sales but someone you can be proud to wear your "Ebby" badge.

Some folks have a family doctor, attorney, or dentist; ours has a family realtor. Mary Rinne helped our daughter and her husband find and purchase their first home---not an easy task given budget constraints, proximity to workplaces, and personal preferences. But she did it and they have been very happy with their great neighborhood and home. Then Mary also helped our other daughter find a small one bedroom condo that was just what she needed and in the perfect location. And just recently Mary helped us sell our townhome and relocate just 5 minutes away to a wonderful single family home with a great view. Each of us had unique needs and desires in different areas of Dallas; Mary stepped up to the plate to help each of us meet these. If you are looking for a realtor, we'd surely like to recommend our "family" one!

I am writing today to thank you for Mary Rinne and to say that we could not be more pleased with a listing agent. Mary is a lovely lady who took care of our home and the listing in a very professional, considerate, and kind manner. Mrs. Elizabeth Blessing had listed the house when we purchased it 20 years ago, and I am pleased and grateful that your firm again listed and sold our home. Thank you for your personal time and attention, and all the best to you.
