Mary Richardson is a total professional and she’s a lot of fun! She checked in with us everyday, guided us through every step of the way and even came and helped us pack up the last day with her assistant, her daughter Serena, who is also a caring, realtor. That was in the pouring rain, I might add! I would not list my house with anyone but Mary and I highly recommend her. She even installed our garage door remotes! How much better could it get?

The service and commutation was excellent. Even when I was four hours away from the property. Even with playing phone and email tag we got everything accomplished in a timely manner.
