Mary made everything smooth as butter

Mary was great about helping us understand and “get through” paperwork. She got our property listed earlier than originally planned and it sold very quickly!

Mary did an excellent job. She was very quick to get the farm that I bought under contract, and was very responsive! Thanks again! Kyle

Rose helped me with caring and compassionate heart find the perfect home and I will forever be grateful 😊

Mary Rose is the greatest! She lead us through a stressful detailed process and made it really easy for us! Will highly recommend her to anyone needing her expertise! Thank you again Mary!!

MARY ROSE WAS GREAT AND DEFINITELY LOOKED OUT FOR MY BEST INTEREST..

I don't do surveys

We are deeply appreciative of the dedication of Mary R. Rose throughout the process of selling our home. There were several snags throughout the process due to issues with two previous potential buyers, however, Mary Rose persevered through all of these hardships and removed as much of the stress as possible from the process. As a matter of fact, we have recommended Mary Rose's services to a relative of ours who is currently considering selling her home.

It was a crazy drawn out deal, but Mary stuck with it and got the sale done.

MARY ROSE SOLD MY HOME WITHOUT JUDGEMENT, VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.. IM SORRY TO THIS DAY DIDN'T WORK WITH HER FROM THE BEGINNING OF THIS PROCESS FOR IT WAS STRESSFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH HER. THANKS AGAIN MARY!!
