Mary made many phone calls and trips to my home because she really understood that, at the age of 84, and not really being a tech person, there were many things that I didn’t really understand. She traveled to my home many times, 24 miles round trip during this process. She was very kind to bring me printed copies and also forwarded important documents. Mary was very caring, understanding, sincere and professional. She went out of her way to make sure that I understood the selling process. Mary is devoted and dedicated to her clients. Mary Little is an incredible realtor. If you are looking for an agent in the Jacksonville area she should be the one you choose. Our buying experience felt like a nightmare. But Mary actual made it feel more like a pleasant dream. Let me explain. We are out of state buyers three time zones away. Even still late hours for Mary and she still picked up the phone. I flew in unannounced and Mary made herself available and arranged multiple showings for the next morning. We kept changing our minds and made multiple offers on two different properties. Mary never missed a beat and never showed any dissatisfaction in us creating more work for her. Without our asking she automatically set up all the inspections and also spent three hours supervising the inspectors at the property all without being asked to do so. Incredible customer service. We can’t praise her enough and too bad we can only give her 5 stars when she should give her at least a 10. I highly recommend whoever is reading this if you are a buyer or seller don’t delay get in touch with Mary and hire her.You won’t find anyone better.
