Mary is the best of the best. We were in the market for almost two years because of how niche and specific our search was, which was limited to one neighborhood in Seattle with what we knew to be almost impossible set of requirements. Mary is super responsive, led with subtle questions and very quickly zero'd in on exactly what homes were likely to be of interest to us. Most importantly, she was super patient when we hesitated often at the eleventh hour. She found us our absolute forever dream home and we've quickly learned that not only is she best in class as an agent, she also has an incredible network of professionals that we've been able to leverage for things like getting our last house rental ready. The other thing that stood out is that we also saw a number of homes where Mary was the listing agent and the quality was just noticeably different in the quality of the updates that were done prior to listing and the depth of the inspection report. I've already recommended Mary to a number of close friends who are on the market and I will keep doing so because buying a home is really hard and it makes all the difference when you have the right partner in the search.
