I can’t recommend Mary highly enough! I made a contingent purchase offer while selling my condo in a slow market, and she guided me every step of the way. She expertly advised me to stage, price appropriately, complete a pre-inspection, and hold open houses — all of which helped position my condo as well as possible. On the buying side, she was a strong advocate for me and used her connections to find an off-market property that perfectly fit my needs and budget. She kept everything moving so that the timing of my sale and purchase fell into place smoothly. Throughout the process, she was incredibly patient as I decided whether I truly wanted to sell and buy at all. She never pressured me and allowed me to make decisions at my own pace. She also skillfully navigated offers and counteroffers for both transactions and clearly explained the significance of each contract provision. Her guidance, professionalism, and advocacy made a complex process feel manageable.
