Mary, sold my parent's condo recently and did an excellent job. I had 2 dog's in the condo at the time that it was up for sale, and I felt 100% comfortable with her entering the home and making sure they were safe for showings. She was always, polite with me and was very knowledgeable about the process and always updated me with any changes, etc. I would, highly recommend Mary for ANY real-estate needs.
