My wife and I had some very specific and difficult to meet requirements for what we wanted in our home. It was by no means easy as not many houses fit our vision, in our desired location, and at our target price point. It's not a stretch to say most people wouldn't have stuck by us like Mary did. Through all of the ups and downs she was always there for us. Thanks to all of her hard work I am extremely happy to say that we finally found a new home!

Mary Kandel made the entire process so non stressful for me. She was awesome!

Very helpful with the whole experience!

Mary has been with us for the buying or selling of 3 different homes now. She is professional, caring, patient and listens to all our wants and concerns. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Mary was a wonderful person to work with. She was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and made everything much easier on us. She was very efficient and quick to respond to any issue that arose. Mary was truly a joy to work with, and we would recommend her highly.

Great communication

Great service. We had everything taken care of in record time.

Working with Mary has been absolutely the best. She is a true professional and I'm so thankful to have had her as our agent! I would recommend her to anyone and can't thank her enough for assisting us when we moved to and from the Sandusky area. Thank you for all that you do and best of luck moving forward.

Mary Kandell is just as phenomenal of a woman as she is a real estate agent. She always goes above and beyond! She always responded faster than I ever could have expected and took care of us and evey detail even more than I could have imagined. We were so blessed to have her care for our family through the buying and then selling process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Mary is like family to us and always will be! She was unbelievably patient through or process of buying our forever home/property. She will without a doubt be who we use to sell the inlaws house to move them in with us.
