MJ went above and beyond in her service. She was always very responsive and willing to assist. Her depth of knowledge and experience sets her apart from other realtors and thereby greatly facilitated the quick sale of my house.

MJ is a pleasure to work with. She is professional, competent, and knowledgeable about the Vancouver market. She worked with us to get our house in the best shape possible to sell and was spot on in pricing our home (multiple offers with a great outcome). I would recommend her without reservations.

MJ persevered through many years of looking for the right house. Always friendly and professional. Eventually, we decided to build a one-level home and she walked us through the process. When it was time to sell our current property she helped with many details. A real pro and a friend!

MJ did a fantastic job for my fiancé and I! She does a great job identifying what you want in a house and is always available for tours, question, meeting and so on! She will fight on your behalf for what you want in a house and will be clear and honest with her communication. She may sometimes tell you something you don’t want to hear but I really appreciated this as it always helped me stay in a good spot and mindset when buying a home! Overall MJ is the best of the best and if I ever buy another home I would hope MJ would oils be my Realtor again!

Working with MJ was an absolute pleasure! As a homebuyer new to the Vancouver area, I was nervous about everything. MJ walked me through every step with incredible patience and care. Her outstanding communication skills meant we were always informed and never left wondering what was next. MJ truly listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect home that met all my needs and criteria. MJ is a master of her craft! Her understanding of the local market in Vancouver was evident from our very first meeting, and her insights helped me make informed decisions. I was particularly impressed by her strong negotiation skills; they managed to secure my home under the asking price! MJs ability to navigate challenges and find a quick solution was invaluable. I will highly recommend MJ to anyone looking for a reliable, effective and STELLER real estate agent. Thank You for everything MJ, Luv Paulette
